Bhd. (株式会社InterKōkaiFM) which is a subsidiary and affiliate of Hydro Radio Network (HRN). The station launched on November 10, -7BP and officially joined HRN as an affiliate on February 14, -6BP. It was a major HRN affiliate during the Kōkai Republic era and the first in the Far Eastern Euran region prior to merging with Phinbella in 1729 AN.
