The Hurmu Peace Corps Base Saint Churchill (for short HPC St Churchill or just Saint Churchill) is a base of Hurmu's Peace Corps located in Norfolk, on the northern tip of the Brettish Mainland. Politically, it is located the District of Northern Bretland, constituting the northern tip of the Brettish/Britannic/Madison Isles. The base was established in 1699 following the collapse of the Nova England state. It was named after the New Brittanic barony of Saint Churchill and the Virgin Islands, which was given as a fief to Hurmu's Prince Andelarion.
On 16.IV.1702, personnel at Saint Churchill became aware that they had lost contact with their counterparts at King Jeremy Point on the isle of Sussax.
