Kaiser Raynor I is the founder of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth and its the first kaiser. The bastard son of Niglai Me'Jiliad, the exiled last emperor of Khaz Modan, and Fola Helipov, Duchess of Brookshire, he conquered Shireroth as a warlord in Benacia. His adventures were probably exaggerated over the centuries. Raynor also became an integral part of local folklore, religious myths and a foundational figure in the Empire's national history.
