Sinchi Roca II (born Uturuncu Alexandre Francisco Quispe Rivière Inti-Carrillo y Ayreon-Kalirion; 15.VIII.1689 AN) is the current King of Nouvelle Alexandrie, having ascended to the throne on 2.XIV.1735 AN following the death of his father, King Sinchi Roca I. Prior to his accession, he was known as Uturuncu, Prince of Rimarima and served as the crown prince of Nouvelle Alexandrie.

Early life and education

Sinchi Roca II was born on 15.VIII.1689 AN in Punta Santiago, Alduria, Nouvelle Alexandrie. He is the eldest son of King Sinchi Roca I and Queen Abigail. As a member of the House of Inti-Carrillo, he was born into the royal family of Nouvelle Alexandrie and was second in line to the throne at birth, after his father. The young prince received his early education from private tutors at the Palace of Carranza in Cárdenas. His curriculum included a strong emphasis on New Alexandrian history, languages, and governance, as well as the traditions of the Wechua people. At the age of 16, he enrolled in the Royal Military Academy of Nouvelle Alexandrie, where he underwent rigorous military training and studied strategic leadership.

Prince of Rimarima

In 1710 AN, at the age of 21, Uturuncu was invested as the Prince of Rimarima in Rimarima, Wechua Nation. The title is traditionally held by the heir apparent to the New Alexandrian throne. This position came with increased responsibilities and a more prominent role in public life. He began to represent the royal family at various national and international events, gradually taking on more duties to support his father's reign.

During his tenure as Prince of Rimarima from 1710 AN to 1735 AN, Uturuncu devoted himself to several key initiatives that would shape his future reign. He became a vocal advocate for sustainable development in rural areas of Nouvelle Alexandrie, spearheading the "Green Heartlands" project which introduced eco-friendly farming techniques and renewable energy solutions to over 500 villages. Passionate about his heritage, Uturuncu worked tirelessly to preserve Wechua cultural traditions, establishing the Royal Wechua Cultural Foundation in 1715 AN, which funded the restoration of ancient sites and supported traditional artisans. His commitment to education saw the launch of the "Brightest Stars" scholarship program, providing full academic scholarships to over 10,000 underprivileged youths across the nation. Additionally, Uturuncu played a crucial role in strengthening diplomatic ties within the Raspur Pact, undertaking numerous state visits and diplomatic missions.

Marriage and issue

On 3.III.1720 AN, the Palace of Carranza announced Prince Uturuncu's engagement to Crown Princess Adelaide of Natopia. The marriage, which took place in 1721 AN, was seen as a significant diplomatic event, further solidifying the alliance between Nouvelle Alexandrie and Natopia.

King Sinchi Roca II and Queen Adelaide have five children:

• Sayari, Princess of Rimarima (b. 1722 AN) - now Princess of Rimarima and Crown Princess of Nouvelle Alexandrie;
• Nathan, Viscount of Paruro (b. 1724 AN) - Crown Prince of Natopia;
• Urpi, Lady of Chucuito (b. 1726 AN);
• Xanthorr, Baron of Anapia (b. 1728 AN);
• Phaedra, Lady of Amantaní (b. 1730 AN).

Accession to the throne

King Sinchi Roca I passed away on 2.XIV.1735 AN at the age of 73 in the Palace of Carranza in Cárdenas. Upon his father's death, Uturuncu immediately acceded to the throne as Sinchi Roca II, becoming the third monarch of the Inti-Carrillo dynasty to rule Nouvelle Alexandrie. The new king's coronation ceremony is yet to be scheduled, but it is expected to be a grand affair combining elements of New Alexandrian, Wechua, and Natopian traditions.
