The Uantir national football team is the football team which represents the micronation of Uantir. It is a member of the EMUFA.

History

The team was founded in 2008 after Uantir's Micrasian claim was successful. The team competed in its first World Cup qualifiers later that year, where it finished bottom of its group without winning a match.

In the following year's qualifiers, the team again finished bottom of their group, this time only earning one point to their name.

In 2010, Uantir once again finished bottom of its qualifying group, still without winning a match.

The team's fortunes improved in 2011's qualifiers, finishing third in their four-team group and beating Incontinentia twice in the process.

In 2012's qualifiers, the team improved once more, finishing second in their five-team group behind Hamland and sealing their place in the 2012 EMU Championships, where they finished bottom of their group after losing both matches.

The 2013 qualifying rounds saw the team finish third in their four-team group with eight points, only one point below reaching EMU 2013.

The team finished third in their five-team 2014 qualifying group, behind Nova English Korea on goal difference, to again narrowly miss-out on an EMU Championships place.

In the following year's qualifiers, the team performed poorly and finished bottom of their five-team group after gaining seven points.
