ESB Power is Constancia's leading energy corporation, and is under the ESB Group. Its subsidiaries are ESB Electricity, ESB Illumination, and ESB Electromagnetic. It owns and operates the Aqaba Coast Wave Power Plant and Nivardom Coast Wave Power Plant.
By virtue of a Decree-in-Council bearing date 16.XIV.1685 at Cape Isabella, Transegale, it secured a 50-year service contracting of power production, supply, and distribution within the Principality to the ESB Group, provided that 10 percentum of gross revenues in the management thereof in Arboria Proper, Transegale, and Universalis shall accrue to the respective treasuries thereof, and that 2 percentum of gross revenues in the management thereof shall accrue to the treasury of the Principality as respective franchise taxes in lieu of all other taxes. In this regard, it operates a 40% affiliate, Arboria Principality Power Corporation.
On 2.X.1701, in accordance with Zeed Directive 2, it received a contract to operate and manage Zeed power plants and infrastructure.
