The Moorland Armed Forces are the Army, Navy, and the Air Force of the Kingdom of Moorland. The Forces are supervised by the Moorland Ministry of Defense. The Commander-in-Chief is the reigning Monarch of the Kingdom. Operational command falls under the Chief of the Moorland Armed Forces Headquarters Staff.

Since 1719 AN, the Moorland Armed Forces have contributed to the Banner Group East of Keltia Command.

Army

The Moorland Army is composed of five regiments, in addition to an sixth reserve regiment. The regiments are:

Air Force

The Moorland Royal Air Force is headquartered in Newcastle-Upon-Eastmoor, where it has its combat and training base located in the city's airport. The Air Force's main objectives are to protect the nation's territorial air space, and to provide logistical support to the Army.

Navy

Moorland does not currently field an active naval force as it lacks any major port from which to anchor naval vessels. In lieu, it has an active force of specially-trained amphibious soldiers (the Royal Commandos) capable of deployment via the Army or Air Force in situations involving coastal warfare.
