The Collective Security Association (CSA) is a collective defence, economical and cultural treaty organisation originating among the Kingdom of Batavia, the Çakar Empire, the Haifo-Pallisican Imperial Trade Union, the Holy Ralgon Empire of Drag'os and the Thraci Confederation. The organisation is a continuation of the Union of States around the Sovereign Oceans. Since Jingdao's departure, a reorganisation process was initiated to bring the organisation into a new era.

Member states

There are three different kinds of membership:

  • Full Membership
  • Associate Membership
  • Observer status

Full Members

Full Members - or Union States - hold all privileges and duties, as being agreed upon in the Union Treaty (including free movement, Union Citizenship, military aid and economical access to the common market).

The basis of the organisation is laid down in the Union Treaty of 1690, which has since been amended on some points. Thus, the headquarters is currently located in Agra. The organisation is headed by a Secretary General. He presides over the Union Council and runs the administrative organisation.

Affiliated organisations

A number of organisations are affiliated with the CSA and cooperate on specific goals:
