Hurmu took part in Microvision 2020 with the song "En livstid i krig" (A lifetime of war), performed by Sabaton. The song is sung in Army Crandish.
Blurb
The song retells the story of the aftermath of the Hurmu genocide, in which a Hurmu rebel, living in the Green, tells how he left his home village of Sweden (not to be confused with the Jingdaoese territory of the same name) to fight in a dirty war against mercenaries, genocidists, Vanics, and others, so that he could protect his way of life, his family, and his nation. The song has a dark tone, and tells of the singer's feelings of hopelessness in the midst of duty.
