Van der Sluijs

The Imperial Line of Van der Sluijs also known as the Van der Sluijs family and the House of Oroigawa (疎癒川) is a Shirerithian family and Imperial Bloodline, and is an offshoot of the Imperial Bloodline of Grifos.

The name Van der Sluijs was adopted upon Oroigawa Koreyasu's migration to Absentia, where he, for purposes of local cultural assimilation, poetically translated his surname to Batavian.

Four kaisers have belonged to this line: Kaiser Reynardine I (reigning 1547–1548, ruling steward in 1544), Kaiser Fish XII (reigning 1570–1572), Kaiser Magni (reigning 1572–1574), and Kaiser Reynardine II (reigning 1579–1584). The latter three were all the sons of Kaiser Reynardine I.
