The Treaty of Hareffa Lunti was a negotiated settlement of the insurrection in the Jadid Khaz Modan islands of the Cosimo Sea where a peace accord between the Unified Governorates of Benacia and the United Isles was brokered by Sanama on the edges of the Raspur Pact's 1685 Session of the Permanent Commission, held on the resort island of Hareffa Lunti. The treaty was signed on 18.III.1685.

- The Imperial Republic of Shireroth freely relinquishes its claim to the island of Naudia'Diva and recognises the transfer of sovereignty over that island to the Government of the United Isles.
- Harbour, aerodrome and base rights shall be granted for Benacia Command at Station Sagittarius, with access to the facility through established and defined maritime and aerial channels.

- Demarcation of maritime EEZ at midpoint between respectively controlled shores.
- Any supporter of the UI on the Isle of Benacia and any supporter of the UGB on Florencia, the Iridias, and Naudia'Diva, may, along with their families, dependants, and movable chattels, freely emigrate upon the conclusion of this treaty without let or hindrance by either party.
- Sanama granted military basing rights on Florencia and Naudia'Diva.
- Date for independence set at 1.VIII.1685.
