Tomás Carrizo (born 21.VII.1710 AN) is a New Alexandrian diplomat, ambassador of the Federation to the Kingdom of Moorland since 1760 AN. A native of New Luthoria, he trained at the Institut Diplomatique de Punta Santiago and specialized in defense and security cooperation among the members of the Raspur Pact. His postings concerned the coordination of the alliance's common defense, experience that suited his appointment to the Kingdom of Moorland, itself a member of the Pact. He was posted to Newcastle-Upon-Eastmoor on his appointment in 1760 AN.
