Proposed as a motion during the 1696 Session of the Permanent Commission, held in Aqaba, Imperial State of Constancia. First reading of the motion and debate took place on 2.IV.1696. Formal vote conducted 15.X.1696.

Text

The Permanent Commission of the Raspur Pact accordingly directs as follows:

  1. That further orbital strikes, whether conducted via kinetic (tungsten rods) or focused particle beams, be proposed and authorized by the Joint Military Committee, and that a new protocol be agreed to confirm this.

Implementation

The directive was formally promulgated with effect the day after endorsement by the Permanent Commission (16.X.1696) - with instructions communicated directly to member state governments, the Joint Military Council, and Raspur Pact commands (including Tapfer Command), accordingly.
