Operation Beibu Bianjing (Northern Border) was a planned military invasion of the former Gerenian province of Trans-Samarne and Victoria Island after its demise. Goal was to establish an easy to protect border by annexing the former Gerenian lands, while at the same time allowing Gerenian refugees to seek a new and secure life within Jingdaoese borders.

On 14.X.1665 AN a joint military offensive with the 2nd Heavenly Corps and 1st Air Support Corps began to pacify the region. The region was quickly pacified and proclaimed a district of the Jinkeai Province four months later. The Gong Suweiai soon started a debate about the strategical use of Victoria Island as potential impenetrable fortress.
