Nouvelle Alexandrie Medical Journal (Alexandrian: Journal Médical de Nouvelle Alexandrie, abbreviated JMNA) is a peer-reviewed medical journal published by the National Health Institute of Nouvelle Alexandrie in Cárdenas. Established in 1692 AN, the journal is the oldest and most widely circulated medical publication in Nouvelle Alexandrie, covering clinical research, public health policy, medical ethics, and case studies of scientific interest. The journal publishes weekly issues in Alexandrian, Martino, and Istvanistani, with select articles translated into Wechua.
The journal operates under the editorial oversight of a board drawn from the faculties of the Federation's major medical schools, including the University of Punta Santiago, the University of Chambéry, and the Royal University of Parap. Notable publications have included foundational research on Alexandrium exposure protocols, epidemiological studies following the East Keltian Collapse, and editorials on emerging medical ethics questions. The journal gained broader public attention in 1746 AN when it published both a case study and cautionary editorial regarding the unexplained cancer remission of religious figure Le Témoin Perpétuel.
