The Mornemici national football team was the football team which represented the micronation of Mornemici. It was a member of the EMUFA. The team is the official successor of both New Oscland and Oscland, and also the official predecessor of the latter.
History
The team was founded in 2007 after Mornemici successfully claimed on Micras by annexing Oscland, the successor state to the CIS contituent nation of New Oscland. Under the name of New Oscland, the team competed in the first ever FMF World Cup, where they finished bottom of their group after losing all of their matches. As Oscland, the team competed in 2007's World Cup qualifiers, losing 4–3 on aggregate to New-Empire in the AEFA first round. However, Mornemici left Micras later in the year with its national team having played no FMF-affiliated matches.
