Malik Knuutsgaarð was a Hurmu nobleman, politician, and diplomat; ambassador to Senya since 1719. He was the adopted child of Fredrik u-Malik and Johannes Knuutsgaarð. He comes from a family of diplomats and politicians. His uncle Samuel u-Malik is a retired ambassador, as is his aunt Smilla Eenpalu. His other uncle Kristofer u-Malik is a former Senator of the Lakes.
He and many other members of his family died during the sinking of the Biternion
