Lyydia Kruuna is a Hurmu (Lakkvian) retired senior diplomat and author of political thrillers. Employed by the Craitish foreign ministry (1655–1690) in various functions and international deployments, she was named Hurmu's first ambassador to Elwynn following the Lakkvian union with the Hurmu Trust Territory. She survived the scouring due to having relocated the embassy to Ardashirshahr. After Elwynn's merger into the Benacian Union, she was transferred to Chryse to be Hurmu's ambassador to the Benacian Union. In 1719, she was given permission to retire, and she was replaced in the position by Mahmud Ajram.
She has since devoted herself to writing crime novels and political thrillers set in the Benacian Union.
