Granjas Santander S.A. (English: Santander Farms) is a New Alexandrian agricultural company headquartered in Potosí, Santander, and the second-largest grain producer in the Federation after the Cooperativa Agrícola del Keltia. Founded in 1691 AN by Hernando Castillo Rueda, a land speculator and merchant who acquired extensive tracts of fertile plains in central Santander during the New Prosperity Plan settlement period, the company established large-scale commercial farming operations in a region previously inhabited only by scattered pastoral communities. The flat terrain, deep alluvial soils, and seasonal rainfall patterns of the Santanderian lowlands proved well-suited to mechanized grain cultivation, and Castillo's estates grew rapidly through the consolidation of smaller holdings and the drainage of wetlands along the tributaries of Lake Cherusken. By 1720 AN, Granjas Santander had emerged as the dominant agricultural enterprise in the Region, controlling over 380,000 hectares of cropland. The company incorporated as a sociedad anónima in 1724 AN and listed on the Cárdenas Stock Exchange in 1731 AN, though the Castillo family retains a 44 percent controlling interest.
Granjas Santander operates 94 farming estates totaling approximately 520,000 hectares across Santander, with its largest holdings concentrated in the País Real and Costa Plata states. The company maintains 8 grain elevator complexes with combined storage capacity of 2.4 million tonnes, strategically positioned along the Potosí Line and the Santander Bulk Line for efficient transport to the ports of Wechuahuasi and the Port of Jirishanca. Its subsidiary Aceites Santander S.A. operates three crushing facilities that process soybeans and sunflower seeds into vegetable oils and meal for domestic consumption and export. The logistics arm, Transporte Granelero Keltia, maintains a fleet of 620 trucks and 148 rail hopper cars dedicated to grain movement. Granjas Santander supplies approximately 22 percent of the Federation's domestic wheat consumption and is the largest soybean producer in Nouvelle Alexandrie, exporting to markets across the Raspur Pact. The company has faced recurring challenges from drought conditions in eastern Santander, including the severe 1750 AN drought that devastated wheat and corn production across the Region. In response, Granjas Santander has invested heavily in irrigation infrastructure and drought-resistant seed varieties, deploying Alexandrium-enhanced soil moisture monitoring across 78 percent of its cultivated area by 1749 AN.

Granjas Santander cultivates five primary row crops across its extensive landholdings. The company practices large-scale mechanized agriculture using center-pivot irrigation, no-till farming techniques, and precision agriculture technologies to maximize yields while managing the Region's variable rainfall patterns.

Corn represents the company's largest crop by volume, accounting for approximately 37 percent of total production. The majority of corn output is sold to the domestic animal feed industry, with Granjas Santander holding long-term supply contracts with Ganaderos Unidos and other major livestock producers in Santander and the Wechua Nation. Soybean production has expanded significantly since 1738 AN following the completion of the third crushing facility at Aceites Santander, which processes approximately 1.8 million tonnes of oilseeds annually into soybean oil, soybean meal, and lecithin. Wheat is marketed to flour millers across the Federation, with premium hard wheat varieties commanding prices of NAX€340 to NAX€380 per tonne. Sunflower cultivation, concentrated in the drier eastern districts of Santander, supplies both the domestic cooking oil market and the confectionery industry, with approximately 40 percent of production consisting of high-oleic varieties developed in partnership with the National Institute of Agricultural Research.
