Carlos Vergara (born 12.IV 1652 AN) is an Alduro-Wechua businessman and political lobbyist. He is CEO of the Vergara Sugar Company, alongside his brother Ramon. He resides in his residence in the city of Port Cardozo in Valencia.
History
Carlos was born to Enrique and Helena Vergara in the city of Toledano, in what is now the Aldurian state of Valoria, in 1652 AN. At a young age, his family migrated from Toledano to Caputia for better work opportunities, where the family began a farm in a community along the Strait of Haifa. However, after the collapse of Caputia and the start of the Haifan Civil War, his family migrated to Northwest Eura with several other refugee communities to seek greener pastures. He would soon leave his family's farm along with his brother, with them both moving to a small rural community just east of Fort Laons.
It would be here where they began their first sugar farm. The waters of nearby rivers led to the possibility of lush cane fields to be planted. At this point, they sold his cane to other companies for processing. It would be their dream, however, to one day build their own plant where they could be the one making the moves of what was done with their cane.
This dream would soon come true. When Alduria-Wechua expanded into Santander and Valencia, the brothers decided to sell their old farm, and instead move to Port Cardozo to make their own company. They purchased land on which they would build a sugar refining and processing plant, along with several fields of cane. They would employ people from surrounding communities to work in the fields and the plants. Therefore, the Vegara Sugar Company would be born.
Political Views
Carlos is known to support the Anti-Federalist Front. He has stated that he is only a businessman and not a politician, but he still deserves to have his own political opinion. While his brother had attempted to pressure him into running in a future election, he has turned these ideas down.
