Benacian Surrogacy Service
The Benacian Surrogacy Service, established at Merensk on 8.I.1721 AN, was created as an opportunity for eligible volunteers to contribute to the Harmonious Society of the Benacian Union.
In return for an agreed stipend and improved rations, female protected persons, meeting a criteria based on assessed health, fertility, and lifestyle, may be eligible to serve as a surrogate for childless wellborn families, or also to be engaged for serial production in order to meet the projected manpower requirements of the Union-State.
The Benacian Surrogacy Service was established on a strictly volunteer basis, and is controlled by the Women's Auxiliary Service with inputs from the Benacian Censorate and the Magisters-Carnifex.
At the completion of four healthy live-births, the surrogate may be eligible for reassessment by the Benacian Censorate with the potential of attaining reclassification as a meritorious subject, with considerably enhanced living conditions and opportunities in consequence.
