Banca Commerciale di Cossa (BCC), known internationally as Cossa Commercial Bank, is a Vegnese multinational financial services company headquartered in Cossa. Founded in 1707 AN, two years after Vegnese independence, the bank has grown from a regional lender serving merchants in the Gulf of Cantor to one of the largest financial institutions in northeastern Apollonia. BCC operates 127 branches across Vegno, Nouvelle Alexandrie, Natopia, and Oportia, employing approximately 4,850 staff. The bank is listed on the Cossa Stock Exchange and reported assets of 4.2 billion Rino in 1751 AN.
BCC expanded beyond Vegno following the republic's accession to the Concord Alliance Treaty Organization in 1738 AN, opening its first international branch in Lindstrom in 1740 AN. The bank maintains a 94% customer retention rate across its retail operations, attributed to its policy of capping personal account fees at 12 Rino annually and offering interest-free overdraft protection for the first 500 Rino. BCC provides 24-hour multilingual customer service in Vegnian, Istvanistani, Alexandrian, Martino, and Natspeak, with average call wait times of under two minutes. The bank's mortgage division has financed over 45,000 homes since 1720 AN, maintaining the lowest default rate among Vegnese lenders at 1.3%.
