Aerlan Registry of Terrorist Organizations

The Aerlan Ministry of Foreign Affairs maintains a registry of terrorist organizations in accordance with the Act to Monitor and Combat Domestic and International Terrorist Organizations, 1740. The list contains both domestic and international organizations that face official sanction by the Aerlan government under this act.

Delisted Organizations

Organizations are typically delisted from the registry after a set period of inactivity. Typically this period ranges anywhere between 15 to 20 years, and removal is subject to the approval by the Undersecretary for International Counterterrorism, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Undersecretary for Terrorism Prevention, Ministry of Domestic Security. For Domestic Terrorist Organizations, approval from the Ministry of Justice is also required.
