The 2006 Gaian Serie B season was the first edition of the Gaian Serie B, the secondary football league in Gaia. The league was contested by six teams, and was held between March and June 2006.
The league was won by Romero Sport, who secured promotion to the Gaian Serie A alongside runners-up Inter Vecchiavo.
