The 2016 Tellian Serie B season was the ninth edition—and eleventh overall—of the Tellian Serie B, the secondary football league in Tellia. The league was contested by six teams, and was held between October 2015 and May 2016.
The league was won by Savona ASC, who secured promotion to the Tellian Serie A.
