1729 Sanpantul referendum, a referendum expected to be held in II.X.1729 at the latest. If accepted automatically, it includes the self-dissolution of the Sanpantul Senate Party and the automatic re-establishment of Asenburi. The "yes" vote option won with 50.08%, and Emperor Takashi addressed the islanders from Kyuden after the election.

While there was enthusiasm throughout Ezo, there was confusion in the Sandwich Islands. A group of people who voted no blocked the connections to the bridge leading to Nami Island, and a fight broke out between those who voted yes. On the morning of the election, almost every place in Dateido was looted by demonstrators. The police intervened harshly against a group of protesters who threw molotov cocktails in Ofu. A group of people residing in Koteku went forward and threw a cross at the door of the Çakari people. In the West Sandwich the situation was worse, with communications almost breaking down. Protesters attempted to infiltrate the east of the island for additional reinforcements.

It is expected that an acting president will be decided for Ezo. The referendum also needs to be approved by the Shahanshah. In 1730 AN, this approval was granted by Xunpadshahan.
