The Negotiations between the Benacian Union and Kalgachia (informally, the 1703 "BU-KAL" Talks) were held at Fort Ana in the Upland Confederation, commencing on 29.XV.1703 AN.
The purpose of these talks, the first top level negotiations since after the Inner Benacian Conflict where begun with a view to normalising relations once more in the aftermath of the Second Elwynnese Civil War, and moreover to improve transportation linkages, particularly the north south communications of the Benacian Union, whilst affording new economic opportunities to the Garden of Kalgachia.
