The Civil Administrator for Raspur is an Imperial Constancian Government office of Ministerial rank and is the title of the individual exercising plenipotentiary authority, and serves as personal representative of the Imperial Constancian Crown over the Khanate of Raspur. It was subsequently subsumed under the Ministry for Raspur.
The appointee ex-officio holds a directorship in the Raspur Railway Corporation.
