The 2008 FMF World Cup was the third tournament of the FMF World Cup, and was held in Amokolia between 1 September and 4 October 2008. The sixteen competing national teams all qualified successfully to be involved. The tournament's matches were played in six stadiums in five different cities around Amokolia.
The tournament was won by Craitland, for their second consecutive title, who beat Passas in the final in Parisia.
Hosts
Amokolia was chosen as the hosts of the tournament after submitting one of three applications. Craitman H. Pellegrino and Jang Ji-Hyo, FMF President and Vice-President, agreed that the Amokolian bid was more suited for hosting that the other applicants and it was announced that the host's national teams would receive automatic berths in the tournament, as well as the winners of the previous tournament.
