Group stage

The draw for the group stage will be made once qualifying is completed. The top 4 seeds for the competition will be drawn into Groups A and B, with the Florian Republic automatically being given the first seeded spot in Group A. The remaining 8 unseeded teams will be drawn into the other slots, starting with two teams into Group C, then in alphabetical order of groups, starting with Group A.
