Heinrich Friedrich von Staufen (born 7.II.1717 AN) is a New Alexandrian politician and former military officer serving as Governor of the Isles of Caputia since 1750 AN. A decorated veteran of the Fourth Euran War where he served as a captain in the Federal Forces of Nouvelle Alexandrie, von Staufen previously served as a Deputy in the Congress of the Isles from 1747 AN to 1749 AN. Running on a platform of strong defense, veterans support, and economic development, he won the 1749 AN gubernatorial election with the largest margin of victory for any governor elected that year.
