Serina Bakhshi (born 15.VII.1703 AN) is a New Alexandrian political strategist and government administrator who serves as the first Secretary of Administrative Coordination and Efficiency in the Council of State of Nouvelle Alexandrie under Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez since 1744 AN.
Originally associated with the Nouveau Wave counterculture movement, Bakhshi gained national prominence as a political strategist alongside her spouse Alexander Melas during the 1744 general election campaign, where their defection from progressive politics to support the Federal Humanist Party was credited as a "secret weapon"[1] in the party's historic electoral victory.
