The House of Inti-Carrillo is a New Alexandrian royal house, and currently the reigning royal house of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie. In 1685 AN, the nations of Alduria and the Wechua Nation united into one federation and established a new monarchy. The crown of the Federation was vested on King Manco Cápac I and his successors through his marriage to Princess Alexandra of Alexandria. The House was established officially by Royal Decree in 1686 AN.

Since its founding in 1685 AN, there have been three New Alexandrian monarchs, Manco Cápac, Sinchi Roca I, and Sinchi Roca II.
