Operation Haven Shield is an ongoing humanitarian mission initiated by the Keltia Command of the Raspur Pact to support Moorland in managing the influx of millions of refugees from Normark and Anahuaco and facilitate their resettlement across various Raspur Pact nations. The operation, which began in 1727 AN, is primarily led by Moorland and Nouvelle Alexandrie, with significant contributions from Constancia, Oportia, Natopia, the Benacian Union, and Zeed.
