Santiago Development Corporation is a privately-held investment and development corporation domiciled in Santiago, Santander and incorporated under the laws of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie (having been incorporated when it was called Alduria-Wechua, previously).

In 1697 it was disclosed that it was a subsidiary of the Duke of Santiago Foundation and an affiliate of the Osman-Aguilar Holdings Corporation.

In 1700, the populist politician Paolo Antonio Aguilar was appointed President.

In 1715 AN, regulatory filings revealed that Christina Aguilar was elected non-executive director to the Board of Directors of the Santiago Development Corporation, receiving a generous stipend for attendance at monthly board meetings.
