Tahmaseb Abakhtari (né Tahmaseb Farshbaf) 1430–1520) was Shah of Babkha 1473–1504, becoming Emir of Vey upon his abdication, and then Shahan-Ri (head of state) of the Grand Commonwealth throughout the Grand Commonwealth's existence (1503–1515). Prior to his tenure as Shah, he was a Babkhan politician, founding the Babkhan Liberal Centre Party, and being elected to the Majlis several times. He was Babkha's first Grand Vizier, and served in two periods (1456–1457; 1467–1476).

Appointed to the Order of the Holy Lakes by Prince Andelarion in 1515 AN.
