The Tri-State Area Institute of the Public Broadcasting (Phineaner: Institut Penyiaran Awam Tri-State Area; abbrevated as TIPB) is a state-owned public broadcasting organization in the Tri-State Area, a special administrative territory of the Order of the Holy Lakes in right of the Federal Republic of Phinbella. Owned by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications, a Tri-State Area government ministry — it owns and operates television broadcast channels, radio and digital media properties. It was established on February 10, -26BP (14.VI.1177 AN) after being created through the Public Broadcasting Act on November 10, -27BP (14.VI.1174 AN), where from the date of establishment the public radio and television services of the Tri-State Area (comporised the Bi-State (Jefferson County), Adjacent Area and Petite Martinique) will be provided by TIPB, "a public company with financial, administrative and legal autonomy in this metropolitan archipelago".
