2013 MHL World Championships – 'B' Conference qualification

Due to 3 teams leaving the Micras Hockey League in 2013, 5 teams were lined up to replace them. However with only 3 places available at the tournament it was decided to hold a competition between these nations to find the 3 qualifiers, with the other two entering the 'C' conference at the 2014 MHL World Championships.
