Elpidos

Elpidos, also known as the Theocracracy of Elpidos, was a nation founded by Bill Dusch in the aftermath of the Menelmacari Civil War. It occupied all of Tapfer save for Ptia and Yellow Island. It survived for a period following the civil war before finally throwing its lot in with Menelmacar's successor, Oira Arnanore Menelmacariva. Both during its independence and after joining the OAM, Elpidos remained a vehement enemy of the Yellowist Collective Unconsciousness. Eventually it faded with the OAM to be succeeded by Natopia, Anthelia and other countries.
