Bjørn Koeppen, born 1662, worked for as a staffer for his father, Imperial Senator Matthäus Koeppen, then as a manager of the Atacama Corporation under his father, the Chief Executive. Continued to work for the corporation under Chief Executive Toghemur Ghazan.
Elected Chief Executive of Atacama Corporation in 1696. Arrested and brought to Cárdenas. In 1701, arrangements were made, and he was repatriated back to the Imperial State, to assume office as resident Civil Administrator for Mitra and Deputy Minister for Raspur in Badehshahr effective 1.I.1701.
