The Hurmu Customs Area (HCA) is the customs area controlled by the Government of Hurmu. It encompasses all of Hurmu, the Phineonesian Confederation, and the Territory of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï. Notably, Eesdeheito is not part of the HCA.

Hurmu's memberships in the Xäiville Convention and free-trade treaties relate to the Hurmu Customs Area fully.
