Micras Dead Nations Ethnic Peoples Archive Authority

The Micras Dead Nations Ethnic Peoples Archive Authority, or MDNEPA, is an institution established for the purpose of researching and promoting the archives of the peoples from former member nations of Micras. The general building of this institution is in Kipei, though the administration neither belongs to neither Sanpantul nor Çakaristan. The MDNEPA examines and checks the remnants and communication systems of past nations on all continents, then documents are compared. MDNEPA conducts research with government permission and does not damage the identity of the nation currently claiming the land in question.
