Cimmeria and Raikoth

The term Cimmeria and Raikoth, referring to a polity comprising of the north-Benacian island chain of Cimmeria and the icebound boreal island of Raikoth, can mean either the former remnant portion of Free Elwynn, a separatist state which broke away from Elluenuueq in the period 1692 AN – 1705 AN, or the Cimmeria and Raikoth Special Autonomous Region, established after the 1705 Final Status Agreement between the Benacian Union and Calbion.
