NORTHERN EURA TERRITORIAL ORGANIZATION ACT, 1699

Ordered, by the Cortes Federales of Nouvelle Alexandrie,
to be Printed, 1699 AN.

BE IT ENACTED by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Cortes Federales, in this present 2nd session assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

PART I
GENERAL PROVISIONS.

1. CITATION.

1. This Act shall be officially cited as the “Northern Eura Territorial Organization Act, 1699”.

2. TERRITORIAL EXPANSION IN EURA.

1. The territory recently acquired by the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie as a result of Operation Paramount is hereby fully annexed and incorporated into the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie.
2. The territory in question shall become part of the Region of Alduria.
3. The territory in question and its borders, international and internal, are outlined in the map enclosed in Schedule I of this Act.

3. CREATION OF THE STATE OF VILLALBA IN THE REGION OF ALDURIA.

1. The state of Villalba is hereby established and organized, with its state capital in the city of the same name, with its details of administration and structure to be further specified by the Region of Alduria and the residents of the state of Villalba in accordance with the Proclamation of Punta Santiago and the laws.

4. CREATION OF THE ÇER AUTONOMOUS STATE.

1. The Çer Autonomous State is hereby established and organized, with its state capital in the city of Aladurkidal, with its details of administration and structure to be further specified by the Region of Alduria and the residents of the Çer Autonomous State in accordance with the Proclamation of Punta Santiago and the laws.

PART II.
FINAL PROVISIONS.

5. COMMENCEMENT AND APPLICATION.

1. This Bill shall apply to all of the Federation of Nouvelle Alexandrie.
2. This Bill shall not become law unless it has been given Royal Assent.
3. In the event any provision or part of this Bill is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Bill, will be inoperative.
