Overview
The Instrument of Government on the raising of the Landstorm in Alalehzamin, Mishalacia and the Sovereign Confederation, occurred in the context of the Second Elwynnese Civil War and authorised the governments of those autonomous republics to conduct a levy of all boys aged 14 to 16, all men aged 33 to 45, and any men aged between 16 and 33 previously rejected as unfit for military service in the UDF, excepting those in reserved occupations.
