The Allied Reconstruction Mission in Hurmu is a special humanitarian mission implemented by the Raspur Pact after the collapse of the Vanic government in light of the Unravelling of the Vanic Web
It is part of the larger Allied Mission in Eastern Apollonia, Hurmu & Lyrica (AMEAHL) effort, established in 1685 AN by the decision of the Raspur Pact as reported in its communique issued upon the occasion of the conclusion of the meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Allied Powers held in Hareffa Lunti (Sanama).
In 1689, the Imperial Constancian Government rendered further official development assistance by the donation, through Kaiseress Salome, of One Billion Imperial Staters and One Hundred Million Natopos that were on deposit at the Basileusan Bank. Additional assistance was provided by the deployment of the Logistic Support Vessel KP Kaisar Ayreon IV, and the cargo and passenger vessel KP Mikonios, which were temporarily placed under the command of the Government of the Hurmu Trust Territory.
The Elwynnese deployment of the UDF 51st Territorial Defence Division began via the Boreal Air Bridge on the day of the signing of the Vesüha Accords (21.V.1690), with personnel and small arms transported via commercial aircraft chartered from Łoïdnos, Elwynnese Airlines, and Omega Airlines.
At the onset of 1691, with the establishment of the Government of Hurmu, the Allied Reconstruction Mission in Hurmu began to transition, in accordance with the Hurmu–Raspur Pact Free Trade Agreement via The Hurmu Development Cooperation Facility, an open-donation bank account and tangible donation receiver is opened under the Economic Cooperation Subcommission of the Raspur Pact in order to coordinate efforts towards the Hurmu Total Development Program, with focus on humanitarian, social, scientific, technical and economic cooperation, while similar efforts for health are being undertaken under the auspices of the Health Emergency Subcommission.
