Plazas de Irian, officially the Independent State of Plazas de Irian is a small country and city-state located in West Keltia. It borders several Phinbellan territories namely the Tri-State Area in the northwest and north, Province Wellesley and Suyaj-Ardab in the north and northeast, and the Islands of Dong Ping in the west.
