The Apollonian Association of Refugees (AARs for short) is an international humanitarian organisation which was established in 1687 AN in attempt to aid the refugees from Krasnocoria and resettle them in safe areas. The organisation is financed by the USSO, but is open to private donations to aid those in need.

Its headquarters is located in Silafucheng, district capital of Silafubian in Jingdao.
