Background

Main article: Tripartite Pact

The Tripartite Pact is a treaty formed in response to evolving geopolitical dynamics and emerging regional threats, particularly those manifesting as a result of the Shiro-Benacian conflict. It seeks to solidify the bonds of cooperation and mutual defense among three significant powers on Micras: Natopia, Nouvelle Alexandrie, and Oportia.

Key Provisions

  • Mutual Defense Commitment: The pact includes a clause that an attack on one is considered an attack on all, necessitating a collective defensive response.
  • Economic Integration: Facilitates the removal of trade barriers, harmonizes tariffs, and promotes free movement of goods, services, and capital among the signatory states.
  • Human Rights and Legal Framework: Establishes shared standards for human rights protection and a cooperative legal framework to support economic and social integration.
  • Establishment of the Tripartite Treaty Organization (TTO): A formal organization to manage and direct the implementation of the treaty, oversee joint military exercises, intelligence sharing, and other cooperative measures.
