The Phinbellan Federal Highway Network (Phineaner: Rangkaian Jalan Raya Persekutuan Phinbella) is Phinbellan main national road network system. The system has been used by the Phinbellan Public Works Authority (LKRP) and the Road Transport Department (JPJ) to organize its main roads in Phinbella for the convenience of drivers. All its routes in Phinbella are under the jurisdiction of the Phinbellan Ministry of Works (KKRP). This system has been implemented since RP 2600. According to the Public Powers Act, LKRP which is an agency under KKRP is responsible for proposing, constructing and maintaining all Phinbellan federal roads gazetted under the Federal Strategic Route and Exit Number System Act 2600. Except in the special administrative territories, directly-administered territories and dependencies, the Public Works Authority there is under the department responsible for those territories.
The system consists of four main series namely main federal roads, planned land federal roads, institutional facility federal roads and dependency roads or directly-administered territorial roads. The system also uses exit numbering at each intersection on a numbered route, this exit number starts with the route number along with the number of intersections. Exit numbers are often indicated by blue and white octagonal boxes on top and side road signs, and it happens too in Forajasaki however the system is quite different.
